Postage rates and (approximate) delivery times:
Where a fully inclusive price is quoted, this includes UK standard 1st class post, (1-3 working days).
Rest of Europe orders will be dispatched by standard airmail and delivery time is expected to take 5 -10 working days, depending on the local postal service in the delivery region.
International orders will be dispatched by standard airmail and delivery time is expected to take 7 -14 working days, depending on the local postal service in the delivery region.
UK Next-Working-Day delivery is by courier, for orders received Mon-Fri before 09:00 The cost will be determined by the weight of the items to be delivered.
It is our policy to dispatch items in the shortest possible time. We cannot, however, be responsible for goods in transit. In certain cases, UK delivery may exceed 14 days, but would normally be within 3 working working days (weekends excepted).
Occasionally, some items may be temporarily out of stock or we may sell out due to unpredicted demand. If an item is unavailable at time of despatch, we will place the out-of-stock item on back order and will forward it on a separate delivery within 5-10 working days. If the item has been discontinued, our operators will offer an alternative item wherever possible.
Any back-ordered items will be despatched as soon as possible and no extra carriage will be charged for that or other subsequent part shipments.
Exchanges and refunds
If an exchange or refund is required, please return the items in their original packing, stating the reason for return and the action you would like us to take. It is strongly recommended that the parcel(s) be returned by recorded/special delivery to:

If the reason for return is an error on your part, you must pay for the return postage.
PLEASE NOTE all items must be returned in a clean, 100% unused condition. We regret that we cannot refund the cost of return postage or the original charge for P&P on non-faulty items.
